Or should I title this Mother of the Year??
I was determined when I found out I was having a second kiddo to never make her feel forgotten or second best or whatever it is us middle children feel that causes us to assume the title "classic middle child", however I have learned it is pretty much unavoidable!!!
Proof #1 - This morning I took Harper to the potty but she didn't have to go. I was out of diapers downstairs so I ran up to get her a new one. (You know where this is headed, don't you?) As I was upstairs Rylie woke up in a bit of a panic so I got completely side tracked. When I walked downstairs about a minute later Harper was eating her poop!!!! I have never been more grossed out in all my life!! I was so close to throwing up as I was scraping it off her tongue. And poor Harper was gagging and gagging. I sure hope she learned her lesson today!!!
Proof #2 - I cannot even imagine letting Rylie fall asleep in her high chair. I was way to into her sleeping patterns and cues to let her get to this point.
Poor Harper!!!

Proof #3 - Last week Harper broke out in a rash/hives that affected EVERY part of her body except her forehead. It lasted four days!!! I hate rashes. We have no idea what it is from. It's hard to capture a rash on camera, but you get the idea. :(

Man that stinks!
