We didn't do much. The girls got dressed up for story time at the library and Rylie trick-or-treated around all the different offices in the building. They didn't hand out candy, just pencils and lame stickers so Rylie was a bit unimpressed. Not to mention the fact that there was another Riley that kept getting in trouble and my Rylie thought it was her so she was getting really confused. Twice while Rylie was approaching the...hmmm, treat-giver-outer...and was just starting to say, "Trick-or-Treat!", the other mom yelled "Riley! Wait your turn!!" So she turned around to look at me and got bypassed by the line of kids behind her. Oh well! Who needs fake buck teeth anyway? Harper slept the whole time we were at the library so it was kind of pointless that I dressed her up. Plus, she was completely overheating in her costume. Oops!
We tried to Trick-or-Treat in our neighborhood in the evening but it was rainy and cold so Rylie only made it to 2 houses, but at least we got a family picture out of it.
