OHIO!!!!

Wow! I dont know what got into me, but I became SPONTANEOUS this week!! Yes, this typically very premeditative, list maker packed in under 15 minutes and hit the road on Sunday. It was an incredible trip, the first of many to come, and what a great way to start this traveling season! Rylie did great in the car with lots of help from Elmo and The Hokey Pokey. Lets just say...if I never hear that song again I will be one happy girl.

When we drove onto the Kinder's street Rylie about lost it at the
sight of the bright red toddler-friendly park within Rylie's walking distance and I about lost it at the sight of Nate and Cammy's house. It is exactly what I hope our next house will be like, including the location! It was close to two really fun parks, Trader Joe's, an incredible outdoor mall that had restaurants like The Cheesecake Factory (yum!) and really any store I can think of that I would like to go to on a regular basis...and this is coming from someone who doesn't like to shop!

Obviously, my favorite part was finally meeting Jayden and getting to spend some quality time with her! She is an angel!! It was fun to see Rylie take on the "big sister" role and be so loving and gentle - getting Jayden her paci at first cry. Of coarse that would fix anything in Rylie's mind. haha

It was so fun to get to catch up with Cammy and see first hand what their new life in Ohio looks like. Kind of crazy that it is not very long until we make the transition to Residency as well!! Yikes! They are amazing and I am so impressed with their positive attitudes about all the newness even despite lack of sleep. They have always been great role models to those of us following in their footsteps.

Thanks Kinders for a great trip. Miss you guys!

Haha...I love Nate's face in the background!

They were such great sports. We arrived and left immediately for the park.

Beautiful!!

Precious...though none of us expected the lips. Haha

Just passing the time...She only slept for 10 minutes on the way home (6 hour drive). Poor mommy!!

This is the closest thing I have seen to my dream home. I had to stop and take a picture. It was actually right in the middle of a trailer park! Yeah...weird.
