First stop...
OHIO to visit Nate and Cammy and meet for the first time little Jayden. Rylie LOVED being "the big sister"!
MAINE to see Adam who was doing an "away rotation" for a month. We had a blast. So much to see and do. We had a very busy long weekend which included seeing a lighthouse, playing at a children's museum, going to L.L. Bean, eating authentic seafood and a whole lot of dancing!
*Jeep broke down along the way! Rylie and I were stranded in a random town at the mercy of the other family playing at the McDonalds playground, who generously helped me figure out the mess...it took over 3 hours!!!

NEW YORK Next stop...Cindi's parents house. We stayed there for 2 weeks while Adam finished his rotation in Maine. It was a very fun and relaxing time for Rylie and I and we were able to see Adam on the weekends. The Warkens live on a Word of Life camp so there were some fun activities going on while we were there, and YES, I did kick Adam's butt in sumo wrestling. :)

Good thing they gave prizes for good effort. Rylie's still working on her aim.
PA Rylie and I were very blessed to get to be with Adam during another away rotation in Danville, Pa. The neighboring town to his hometown, Lewisburg. We had an incredible month and being in my first trimester, I thoroughly enjoyed having the help with Rylie during that time. Though, I have been fighting ever since for Rylie to want to play with me. We went through a spell after this of her wanting nothing to do with me...but hey, at least I was getting a little break from diaper changing, bath time and all the other fun parenting jobs. :) Gabe celebrated his first Halloween and Rylie her first Halloween in which she understood Trick or Treating. It was so fun and they were SO adorable!!
